Paris Bennett - "No Ordinary Love / I'm So Hot"

Cute song, but very ORDINARY video. Very plain, and simple...straight to the point. Not too creative on this one. Seen it before, just w/Chris Brown---"Yo / Gimme That".

Brooke Valentine - "Dope Girl"

I think this video is old, however this is my 1st time viewing it. I like the multi-frame shots, very unique choice, and the best thing about this video. I don't admire her wardrobe choices (or lack of wardrobe), but her make-up is on point. Overall, not too visually stimulating. Kind of one note...but it works for some people.

Trey Songz - "Wonder Woman"

I like this video all the way up until the end---she just ruined for me. Talk about building you up, only to be disappointed---Trey could've took it to another level, but he chose to stay inside the box on this one (yes, I am talking about the tired bra & undies show). I do appredciate the concept (seeing yourself through the eyes of another person). I don't really care for the smoke effects, they look a little cheesy, and it's just too much for whatever tone they were going for. I do like the song, and Trey Songs has a great voice.

Just not too original on this one...as Dr. Dre would say "Been there, done that".

Rihanna - "Umbrella"

Got give up kudos to Rihanna for this one. Finally an artist whose willing to step up her game, and take it to another level---this video is very visually creative (me likes alot!). I especially like the scene where she is in the white dress knocking the water (rain) away---the VFX are bomb! Only qualm I have is seeing her ass (or at least a portion of it). I'm not really feeling it, and I believe the video would still be fabulous without it.

I definitely enjoy the sound, especially the guitar! You go girl :)

Fantasia - "When I See You"

This song is really cute! I get butterflies in my stomach just listening to it, because I can easily relate to what she is saying. Fantasia looks beautiful on what looks to be a bridge in NY. I'm not too keen on the tub scene (you know they always have to sex us up)---but with her, more is better (as in more clothes and less skin). The VFX are interesting, especially the transitions from scene to scene, I am definitely digging it. Not so keen on the green screen footage w/her and her interest walking to one another----it's a little too obvious. But when she is addressing the camera directly, it works.

Love, love, love the different couples being romantic and enjoying each other. Overall this video leaves a warm feeling to those who watch it and still believe in chemistry. :) 2 thumbs up, Fanny!

Tank - "Please Don't Go"

Did anyone else know that Tank had a new video? Let alone a new song? I heard this on the radio a couple of months ago and fell in love with it. I hope I am not the only one happy to see this fine specimen back on the screen. I really like the color, and the locations are beautiful. I would've liked to see him begging a little bit more, but I do understand that videos are supposed to model the artist in an "appealing" fashion (in other words, it'll be a cold day in hell before you see this man begging hard for any woman).

Bobby Valentino - "Anonymous"

I'm am really digging Bobby V's new single, and the video isn't bad. I like the fact that I'm not seeing the typical male singer with his scantily clad interest in her bra and panties, or some kind of close-up of her ass. I also admire the tone of the video---dark, smooth, yet still sexy (notice that all the women have clothes ON, and the men don't seem to be disappointed---what a concept!). All the extras seem as if they are at a big party / club atmosphere having a good time---Bobby V is so cute (Me likes a lot!)
